Option 1 - Stir Fried Vegetables - Stir fried in olive oil/butter low carb vegetables (cabbage, courgettes, cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, spinach). Lowest carbohydrate option less than 2g carbs.
Option 2 - Low Carb Roti - 2 Low carbohydrate roti's. Ingredients - Sunflower seed, linseed, oats, almonds, macadamia nuts, gluten, yeast, salt, erythritol, stevia. Less than 4g carbs.
Option 3 - Bunny Chow - Hollowed out low carb bread. Ingredients - Sunflower seed, linseed, oats, almonds, macadamia nuts, gluten, yeast, salt, erythritol, stevia. Less than 4g carbs.
Option 4 - Resistant Starch Rice - Portion of rice and vegetables processed. cooked and cooled in a process that turns up to 60% of the carbohydrates into resistant starch. Less than 6g digestable carbohydrates.
